I needed my Thermidor double oven that is built in repaired bottom oven wasn't heating. Came out first clue that he didn't know What he was doing was he didn't know how to turn on the oven. Said my Oven was 27 years old couldn't get the part. But he would look for it. Called me said they couldn't get the part. Found it on the Internet my husband fixed it within 10 minutes. I think he was worried he would have to pull the oven out. I should have looked at yelp before I called them. Won't even try to get the service charge refunded. Not worth the hassle.
