Obviously I did not expect perfect service at Punch Bowl (bc it is what it is) but last night was ridiculous. Our reservation was for 7:30, we get there and the female worker with the black curly hair told us to "roam around for fifteen minutes". So we go to the bar. At 7:50 she told us fifteen more minutes and then said our reservation was not for 7:30 (but it was). I don't see the point in lying, if you forgot then whatever. We were less than pleased and went somewhere else. Just thought I'd share because this is something that should be worked on
