Good local shop. I travel to Avondale often to visit my family and come in here to get basic repair and maintenance supplies for a mountain bike that I leave at my parents house. My only reason for one less star has to do with the demo program. My brother was in town so we rented a full suspension Trek Fuel. The bike was awesome and reservations were spot on, but returning it felt like an interrogation. It started to rain at the end of our ride so we did clean and wipe it down before returning, but they threw it in the stand, proceeded to clean it and go over every inch looking for scratches. They didn't find one, BUT ITS A MOUNTAIN BIKE. I'm afraid to see what would have happened if they had. I've rented high-end bikes in Lake Tahoe, Bend, Asheville, etc and didn't have an experience like this returning a bike before. I don't expect any shop to be OK with equipment getting abused, but they can't hold a renter responsible for normal wear and tear.
