After visiting over 7 dealerships in the past several months, I met Casey McKenna and Kevin Vanetta who worked with me (a new 18 year old female buyer) so selflessly for several hours today, giving me full attention at all times. I did not feel for one second like there was anyone else in the dealership that they were more focused on than myself. Casey was friendly, easy to talk to, and worked with what little I had to offer to get me into a brand new 2016 Ford Focus S. I was so impressed with the way they handled my situation, especially with all of the times I have already been turned down. They did not stop until they found a way that worked for my personal needs, and that was so amazing to me. They felt more like good friends than sales people. They were not pushy and didn't rush me (which is the worst thing possible in my opinion), and got the job done in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I was able to purchase a car from this dealership, and work with such amazing individuals. I will definitely be back, as well as many of my friends and relatives.
