Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They had to redo my pool due to their mess up and the entire experience has been a disaster. The managers, techs, and even owner talks down to me as if I know nothing I am really surprised they are still in business!! They act like I am the biggest inconvenience although they are the ones that messed up and are having to correct their own mistake they made.
They also made a HUGE mess on my pool deck and in the street and didn't bother to clean it up after they left. I can't believe they are in business... If I would have known this is how they do business I would have taken my 15k somewhere else!! Holy cow!!
DO NOT CHOOSE ADAMS POOL!!!
