The only reason I shop here is that it is close to the YMCA and of course, Optimum points. I do not get my prescriptions filled here because of the long wait times for pick ups and drop offs. And forget about waiting to have your prescription filled - it's going to be at least 30 minutes. I go to Loblaws pharmacy instead, at least I can grocery shop while waiting there. There are crazy long line ups at the checkout at this shoppers but always more than 3 cashiers so the line moves fast. The automatic sliding door at the front often opens just from people walking past the store, and then when you want to actually go in it can decide it doesn't want to open any more and needs help sliding to the side. The beauty boutique doesn't sell Shiseido so I have to go to Eaton Centre or St Lawrence stores for that... considering they added an entire section for cosmetics why they don't carry Shiseido?
