Luis from A Better Plumbing just left my apartment. I had called a few days ago to set up an appt for a shower faucet repair (no hot water in my guest bathroom). He called before he arrived, showed up on time and fixed the shower head (something in that type of faucet was a common problem).
I am new to this apartment, so I didn't know where the water shut off was. He was understanding, and cheerfully went hunting for the valve (and found it!)
He was very friendly and courteous. And once the repair was complete, he double checked everything, found another problem, did troubleshooting and ended up having to change out another part. All at no additional charge.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
Also - the lady who answered the phone when I set up the appointment was very friendly and helpful!!
