It's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!...which obviously the staff at this place have no idea what's that about.
Let me start with something: I've been to this place exactly 6 times, mostly because I live around the area, walking distance; the first 3 times were ok, but the service is really bad, we waited around 10 minutes to get a menu and 1 hour to get our food, also we waited another 10 mimutes for the check...the 4th time I went for the wing night special....again we waited long time to get our order placed and rhe waitress was so rude, like in a rush, I understand that on Thursday the place is crowded but the customer service can't be lowered just because of that, that same night, I asked for a beer and had to remind the waitress 3 times until I gave up and went to the bar and get it there...totally bad. The worst part were the las 2 times, the first one I went there at noon, there were around 8 people in total, asked for a beer and something in the menu they didn't have at the moment...sigh, paid with a credit card and surprise: the machine wasn't working..Finally, this one is was the cherry on the top of the icing: went there at noon, sat in the bar, there were exactly 6 people: 2 at the bar and other 3 sitting around, believe me: I sat there for 15 minutes watching the waitress having a pleasant chat with one of the customers; she didn't even ask me anything but I'm 100% sure she saw me. I stood up and left, and will never go back. If you're looking for good customer service, go anywhere else, I mean anywhere. I don't understand how this place still survives with no customer service skills, besides it's not even a nice place....terrible overall, the "1" star is for the guy playing music on Thursday, other than rhat, this pub is a disaster, a great example of how to lose custoners.
