Pho Saigon 8 is a solid place to get pho and they have multiple locations s in the Henderson area.
Came with my family and we all ordered a large #18 pho which comes with rare eye steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. It was delicious and definitely a good portion of meat and noodles. A solid 4/5.
We also ordered a small bo of bun bo hue - a spicy beef noodle soup which came with a thicker noodle. Wasn't a huge fan of the broth, almost felt a bit watered down spice wise compared to what I've had at other places. For the small bowl for $9.45, I'll probably skip this for next time.
Other than that, service was good and they gave generous portion of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and limes for the pho.
