ANTICIPATION.... Satisfied. I have been waiting for Verde to open, and I was AMAZED at the varied menu. If you are craving "traditional" Mexican fare, skip this restaurant. While the menu does contain regular menu items such as fajitas, and enchiladas, you would be amiss if you didn't try the Chamorro. It is "SLAP YOUR MAMA GOOD!"
As a precursor, or Amuse Bouche , I ordered the corn green chile soup. It was an explosion of perfect taste. I Highly recommend trying... You will not be disappointed.
The only Negative thing I can say is that the prices are a tad bit high, but if you weigh the quality of the food and dining experience versus the bill, you will have no problems paying.
