I had my car detailed here on 2-27-17. Very nice job; however, management treats employees poorly. I was having a coffee in the service waiting area, approximately 30-35 feet from the service counter. A boss or supervisor was hounding one of the service counter reps for not selling up services. The boss or supervisor repeatedly told the employee "your numbers are in the 30% to 40% range, and everyone else's are around 80%" which I took to mean the employee he was berating was not successful in selling things to customers who do not want those services or products. This berating took place over the course of 3-5 minutes and was clearly audible to me. To deride an employee within earshot of a customer (and around his fellow employees) is despicable behavior. Whoever that boss or supervisor was (he looked to be around 25-30 years of age) ought to be counseled in how to properly speak to employees, how to motivate them, and how NOT to conduct personnel counseling sessions in public. I will not ever set foot in AutoNation Ford Westlake again.
