This review is strictly for the service center because they are the absolute worst!!
I want to thank Mike in the service center for your undeniably rude customer service. We dropped our car off at 8 in the morning for service and was told that by 4 it would be ready. 4:49 came around and no call. I call to speak with Mike to find out the time frame and he says it will be ready tomorrow with no estimated time. I asked him why; when we dropped it off in the morning and he automatically became defensive and responded with "well yeah and so did a lot of other people" and started to shoot off a list of supposed things that needed to be done, which is fine. He could have done without the attitude and explained to me calmly what was happeining. I look forward to meeting with you in person to thank you personally for AMAZING customer service!
