Do not rent from this place or try to put that $500 deposit. Just because if you ever get denied or change your mind. This place will hold your $500 for 30 days and if you call about it they will tell you they can't do anything about it but to wait. That $500 could have helped me put it to use on another place but NO THANKS TO THEM. I will not recommend this place to any one consider this a warning for those that are looking into applying for this leasing place.
