Employees here have no regards for medical privacy. One of few examples: Marco demanded (!) my password for Brilliant Distinction program, when all was needed was my email. When I refused to give him the password, he said "then you won't get your discount!" and walked away, while I still tried to ask some questions. And all this was in the waiting room with bunch of other women looking and listening. The whole vibe was as if I came to someone's house without invitation.
They serve red wine, right before your procedures, I guess so you can bleed out and bruise like a peach.
The manager didn't even care to respond to email. Oh well.
