I called Journey yesterday to schedule service. They said that they would call me back later in the afternoon to talk to me about the pricing. I never heard back from them, so I called and left a message after I got off of work. I still haven't heard back from them today. If you are looking for a reliable company that does what they say they will, keep looking; this is not the company for you.
