Use only as a last resort!!! Stay far far away if possible.
The only good thing about this company is Kathy who tries to fit people into a tight summer heat schedule. But she did share unhelpful information with the technician who then found it his right to insult me in front of my family while showing up at my house unexpected.
Day 1, I had called them on a Sunday to get my AC fixed due to a burning electronic smell and had nothing but an extremely rude technician named Greg. First experience with him was when he walked straight into my house because the door was open, saying Hello as he walked in. Greg diagnosed the problem to a faulty motor and said it had to be "special ordered" and he will be back the next morning to replace it.
Day 2, its around noon and no one has called or shown up, so I call Greg directly and he gives me the "I will get there when I can get there" response. Few hours later he shows up, straight to replacing the motor and tells me to leave the AC running for a few hours. After an hour and a half the same burnt electronic smell comes back and I immediately turn it off and call Greg. He tells me, "Thats impossible the smell has to be from your neighbors because I just fixed your unit, call me back if it keeps happening." Another few cycles of the AC and the smell worsens and then a loud BANG comes from the AC. I jumped up to secure the breaker and called Greg again. He said, "Thats impossible, i'm going to have to charge your landlord $88 for a service check and be out there first thing the next morning." I agree and tell my landlord about it, he also agreed during a call directly with Greg.
Day 3, Its around noon again and no Greg, so much for first thing the next morning. I called him and Greg said, "I dont have you on my schedule today, call the main office." I call and get Kathy where I explained the whole situation and said the AC only worked temporarily until it broke again. She then shared this information with Greg and got him to randomly show up at my door to insult me in front of my family watching, trying to escalate a fight because of the word "temporarily". I just apologized because I need him to fix my AC, my family depends on it and not stupid ego's of he said she said. He goes to my unit, cuts a few wires and walks out fast with something I think could be a contactor relay(common part but many different kinds for each AC). I politely asked if he found the problem and when we should expect the AC to be fixed. He said, "I have the part in my hand." "Call my office". Then walks out the door leaving it open. Leaving the AC unit open and exposed, I took pictures.
Day 4, its about 5:10pm and Greg shows up with a second person and goes straight to the AC. I can overhear laughter and comments that are troubling to their knowledge of electronics. They couldn't figure out the required voltage needed, which was positive and negative and laughed about now having extra parts left over. 50 minutes later I hear from Greg, "You're all set" and they both walk out. Thankfully the second person knew how to hook up (from what I can assume is) a contactor relay. No explaination on what they fixed or did.
Overall I will spread the word to always avoid this place. No one should ever be subject to this behavior. Avoid unless you're really desperate for AC like we were.
