If I could give this store 0 stars I would. A couple month's ago I went for oil change i went around 10am I was told I had to make an appointment or leave vehicle until 5-6,pm? So I make the appointment for this following Tuesday my only day off on top of it. I go for my scheduled appointment and they were running behind didn't take vehicle in until about 2 hours later finally around 1 vehicle finally done after the 10 am appointment. When I got there told them what oil when I got home my husband noticed on paperwork it has wrong oil I called back the guy tells me do you want me to change it on your paperwork I said no I want correct oil so just to make a point I go back to see if he can show me where it says 5-w30 he shows me 5W-20
I call corporate and until this day NO ONE has called me back!!! I went to another place had oil redone that day Will never recommend or go back. I thought it was going to be easy because I live across the street. Not so much
