Being disabled and traveling from Gilbert to Mayo Hospital is no fun when its 115 outside. Every month I am looking for change to pay my medical bills and my medications. I called and Chris told me to bring it down for a check. When I got there Chris came right out and asked me what was the car doing. He then asked for the keys and pulled it right in. 20 minutes later Marc and Chris took me into the shop and had my car in pieces tiring to find out what the problem was. Mark even filled the car with freon to see if it was a leak. It turned out that it was a resistor under the dashboard. The part was very expensive and Mark searched high and low for the part. They told me they would get the part and to bring it back and they would throw it in. After putting my car back together I paid them for the freon. He didn't charge me a dime more. By the time I got home Mark found the part and had me order it. It was going to be a few days so as soon as it came in I drove over to the shop. They had several cars to work on and when Mark saw me he came and got the key and pulled it right in. It turned out that it was the wrong part but Chris re configured the part to make it work. He only charge me for 1/2 hr of labor.
By the way..........I HAVE THE COLDEST AIR CONDITIONING I HAVE EVER HA IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!
