I will start out saying the rooms are great. Very clean very spacious. What I had a problem with was the management. I booked 1 room a "2bedroom suite" on June 9th. I was told I could not cancel or make changes to this reservation because I'm a Hilton honors member and did the advance pay rate. Our stay was for the 23rd of June. When I call on the 18th of June to request early check in I was informed by the girl working that I no longer had the 2 bedroom suite I reserved but that my reservation had been changed by management (without my notification) to just regular 2 rooms. The desk girl then transferred me to management and the manager informed me they they intact overbooked this type of room and my reservation had been change she also informed me there was nothing that could be done and if I opted to find a different hotel I would not be refunded because my original room was advance purchased. She did say however they would get my rooms close. So we arrive for our stay. I requested any floor EXCEPT the first floor. Sure enough we were on the first floor one room right next to the entrance and the other one around the corner past the elevator and down the hall. Nowhere near each other. Although the hotel was nice I'll never stay here again due to the shitty management. When I talked directly with Hilton honors I was informed by their reservation specialist that a manager could not do this but guess what. They did. And the breakfast was terrible. We ended up going somewhere to eat due to the lack of options and the hot breakfast was cold. If you do choose to stay here just make sure your reservation doesn't change. This was 100% unacceptable customer service and total bullshit.
