Retarded operator. Asked for a cab to go 2.5 miles and a time frame on when I could expect. The operator, who seemed agitated at the entire concept of doing anything this evening, told me sternly that he "would not be pinned down to a particular ETA." This, really wouldn't necessarily matter for a cab company to be concerned with - aside from the fact that literally the only thing a cab company has to do is tell you when they'll be there and fucking take you to your destination.
Awful experience. If you need to be somewhere and we're thinking about these guys, just start walking.
