Outstanding service top to bottom. Robert James made my buying experience super easy. I found the car I wanted at a very fair price after driving all through the valley. Not only did Robert and his manager make my experience extremely positive, they even found me better financing than my own credit union! They DROVE the car to me as I live far from Chandler, to make pick up and finalizing the sale a breeze. Upon delivery, we found 2 small chips in the windshield of the car which they replaced the following business day (waiting now). The experience with Chandler of Lexus and with the entire team has been the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. I wish I had found them first and saved myself ten days of shopping! Ask for Robert as he truly made the experience fantastic. So many other dealers (Mini of Tempe in particular) were just awful. Ill prepared, salesmen did not know their inventory, condescending to females (wow cute car...REALLY?!?!?) ... I knew very quickly that this was where i wanted to make my purchase. Huge difference that you will experience the minute you walk in the door! This is where I will be buying and sending anyone i know in the market to.
