It's 5 stars when Robin is there and 1 star with almost anyone else. This means training and follow is the problem. If Robin is there my shirts are folded as requested and they do a good job with the cleaning and pressing. If it's anyone else, even though I specifically note my profile has SHIRTS BOXED and I say "Please fold the shirts" when I drop off, the odds are 2:1 they come back on hangers. Management has heard about this issue before--this should not be that hard to get right! Management needs to prove they care! This problem is serious enough to make me look for other cleaners--
