Writing this after my first experience yesterday. I had a wonderful time. After some initial hesitation I stepped into the pod and enjoyed listening to my playlist as I floated peacefully. The downside is that the rooms where the pods are held are not visually very pleasing. It would've complimented the entire experience if there had been a mirror or decorative ferns or something else spa related like warm indirect lighting, but no.. it's literally just the pod and a shower right nearby, industrial lighting, and 2 black mats so you don't slip. Sure, this won't be a big deal for everyone, but for me it honestly cheapened the experience a bit. I'm still happy I went but glad I used a Groupon for half off price. Paying full price for this would not have been worth it. Still, the location was convenient, staff was friendly, & they have refreshments after you get out which is nice. A few tips: -keep your earplugs all the way in (you may prefer to bring your own actually so they fit better) -if you lift yourself up in the pod (and have long hair) make sure you ALWAYS tilt your head back or the salt water will enter your eyes/nose/mouth = not fun!! -bring a playlist compatible with an Aux cable to be able to listen to music (iPhone 7 won't work)
