If we could leave the Bow Trail location negative five stars we would, avoid the bow trail location at all cost, they stripped the threads on the oil pan, installed the incorrect oil for the vehicle and to repair minit lubes incompetence cost us $1200. in repair costs. All of this can be verified by an independent licensed mechanic as well as the VW dealership.
