I've gone here regularly for the past ten years. I avoid going when it looks busy, which usually helps with the long waits. I always leave my mobile phone number so they can call me back when it's done-it isn't the fastest car wash.
This last time, I did the $55 (on special) regular wash and exterior wax. I left my SUV with them and it was ready about 90 minutes later, which was the estimated time.
The exterior wax was good. It was done using a handheld buffer machine, and they didn't add exterior trim and tire dressing as requested.
The interior was vacuumed and but not wiped down. They left it clean except they didn't clean in between the seats. I didn't notice this until later.
I wish they had offered me a loyalty punch card, because I always forget. I'll come back as long as this location exists; I'm sure it'll be apartments soon enough.
