Update as of 08-2417
She prescribed me something that had not been send over for 9 business days. It took 9 business days to FINALLY get someone to call me back (and I had to get member services involved) and they finally sent the prescription over to a specialty pharmacy. It should be noted that they provided a specialty pharmacy the day of my appointment and then decided after 9 business days to go with another one. This is also the second time they have given me something not covered by my insurance, this is the second time I've had to pull teeth to get my prescription (member services had the same problem, and even the first pharmacy tried reaching out to no avail), the second time I've had to call for days on end trying to get in touch with someone. Even the pharmacist told me he's dealt with this facility before and understands that this is going to take a couple of days. Currently on the phone with a Medical assistant trying to get a new prescription with something that will actually be covered and she has the nerve to give me attitude. Like so sorry i'm annoying you with wanting affordable medication that isn't the $200-800. Ugh. Shout out to the Latina receptionist tho for always being so kind and dealing with my calls.
