First let's talk about customer service. Terrible!!! I don't want the person responsible for my belongings acting like I'm putting a damper on their day just for calling for a tracking number. Yes, thats right- my U-Pack was shipped but there was no confirmation email. I literally had to call to confirm it had even left! To save money, I decided to pack the container at the facility and unpack it here adding hundreds of dollars in renting a uhaul. GO WITH THE MOVING TRUCK. They boast a studio apartment can fit in a unit... maybe a studio apartment for a cat. I had to sacrifice SO many pieces that I am now having to buy. More money. We spent all morning packing for the space they claimed I could fill and was only able to load 1/3rd of it. I called during packing to price a second U-Pack and it was an additional 900, which I am still confused why the one I paid for was 1275. They lure you in with a somewhat low ball price but when it all evens out you end up spending twice as much for a FEW items such as a rug and a mattress.
