Amazing job from beginning to end. We LOVE our new floors. Natalie, Ciara and Don did all the preliminaries. The whole house was done in four days. We were referred by 2 friends and we referred two friends. One had work done on her home already.
We can't say enough about Don, the owner. He's the MAN. He has been in this business a long time. Difficulty we had with a master bath remodel, was wiped away when he solved issues and got us back on track. We still hit a few rough patches, and one call to Don? Problem solved! I could regale you with extensive details. I'll spare you all that. He has a no-bones-about-it attitude and your job WILL be done right. My friends ask how the projects are coming, knowing that we've had two failed attempts by two "so-called" contractors.
A final note.....do your homework and check out everybody coming to do work on your home. Ask for credentials and ID up front. THEN VERIFY IT!!! If they won't provide it, move on. It will save a lot of time and hassle. Everybody THINKS they can do the job. We've never had issues, with any projects, on any of our homes, in all the years. I trusted what these two said. They DID NOT deliver. A costly mistake on my part.
