Straight garbage, company. I've used them three times, solely because the nice old lady I bought my home from, used them religiously for years. She kept all the receipts. She got ripped-off. Every time. For years. Anyways, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I've called them first. Every time they try to rip you off. If I hired them, the work didn't last but a few months. They try to up-sell, which is fine, but it's no where near necessary, nor ethical. I probably would have turned the other check, and just not used them, but the service man that has tried to deceive me before was on my garage security cam telling his trainee how to hustle people. He's pulled this crap before but I didn't have it on tape. And on top of that, he did not finish the job because as he quotes on camera, "it will make for repeat business". Don't trust this company, or their TV commercials that try to depict a shady engineer, which is their exact process and standard business operation.
