Called after hours to leave a message and imagine my surprise when a real live person answered the phone! This is where Jenny went and she brought her excellent customer service with her. They even came in before hours so we could pick up the batteries before work. To top it off they were 30% less then any of the other places we checked. I don't know why we even bothered to price check.
