Horrible experience. "Bait and Switch" operation. Owner Kevin will promise the moon...don't believe him. When time narrows in and there is no time to find another servicer, he will add on charges and then say "take it or leave it." Rude and very unprofessional. Oh, and he won't tell you this either: He will take your credit card for a down as security but won't tell you when it comes time to pay he won't take anything but cash without a surcharge. I would be highly suspect of any positive review on here. This man's mood changes several times a day and he will do and say anything he feels like at any given moment without any regard to what he has told or promised you in the past. No moral or ethical compass.
