What a wonderful company. I called asking for help on possibly rewiring an outlet in my garage. I had previously done some work, and had some concerns on the work being done correctly. The person I spoke with of course offered to make an appointment and come out, but also gave me some advice on things I could check first, before he would have to charge me and come out. He was on the phone with me for 15 minutes, going over things with me and giving me instructions. Long story short, the advice he gave me was spot on, and I was able to correct my issue, without a service call. It really says a lot about a company, that will take the time to walk you through your concern, and help you out, when they really didn't have to. I will definitely be calling them for any of my electrical needs in the future!
