Hired Atlas Van Lines to move our stuff to Florida and they subcontracted this company to us. Our shipment cost US $6000 and we got terrible customer service from start to finish. First and foremost they don't tell you they are charging US dollars anywhere. It's a complete surprise when you get your credit card bill. They don't return calls or emails. Worst of all they have $400 worth of moving blankets that we purchased and they decided to keep. I've been trying for months to get my blankets returned and they don't return any of my messages.
