I went down to Tech Source last weekend to pick-up a new computer mouse. As an occasional customer, I have been quite satisfied with my visits over the last few years. Most of the time, I have gone to get some inexpensive accessory, such as this mouse or some DVD discs. When I was looking for a new tv, I did check out what they had, which was mostly lower-end models. Although I ended up buying somewhere else, their prices were pretty good for what they had. When I was looking to repair or replace my desktop computer, I did end up buying a refurbished model for less than $200, and I have not had any problems with it after about 2yrs.
Overall, I find the store quite satisfactory for my needs. Admittedly, my visits are few and far between, and I haven't ever tried to buy anything from the online flyer that other reviewers have complained about. But I would say that the service I have received is also satisfactory; I have never had anyone that wasn't helpful enough.
