The only thing really worthwhile is the Sushi Bar. And considering you can eat all you want for $14.95, it isn't a bad deal if you like Sushi.
As for the rest of the food? Let's just say it is very, very average, and not very fresh. The place is also starting to look tired and worn.
However, if you rate your restaurants based on the amount of food they serve - and God knows, many people do - you will find Nirvana.
