Found this place thanks to Yelp. Lady at the desk was very nice. I didn't know if I was being charged a fee or not. Which it really didn't matter, since I just wanted to change my extra pesos for dollars. At the end I was just charged 2bucks and some change which was way better than what I was expecting, and better Than what I would of been charged if I would if sold them back in Mexico. The place is a bit hidden. I parked back in the suites by channel 8 since I did not see the underground parking for the building, until the lady at the desk told me about it. So I will know next time I come back.
