I gave the 1 star because they fixed my vehicle.... But they took a long time getting it back to me. They told me it would be done before the night was over 3 hours later I came back and it wasn't done, so I left it over night. Had my wife come back the next day, 13 work hours later the vehicle was not done.... They needed more time to do everything because they got busy.
Basically they take forever to do stuff, and will make you wait excessive amounts of time because "oh they kept for getting to work on your vehicle" I called 3 times to see the next day when it was going to be done, the night before I was told 8 am it would be done.... Then 12pm and then 2:30pm.... There excuse was the same things as the last 2 times oh we need to do that, I'll go and do it right now.
I won't be going back to these guys, there nice at first and then are to lazy to fix stuff when they tell you they are going to....
At least tell me the truth and don't lie to the customer about the time.
If you have all the time in the world and don't mind leaving your vehicle in the shop then be my guest and go here.
I won't be going back here.
