Smoke away, should be called stay away or throw it away. So far I've spent more on bad items then good ones. First time I ever bought a water bong it was cracked. I couldn't return due to there, as is policy. But the funny thing is the told me I should've had them water tested. Which I found funny I should've known this one my first time. Second time, I went back for my first electronic dab. After feeling like I got more help this time form a different salesperson. I was show all the e-nail and told the salesperson what happened last time. I was told not to worry and he began to look it over and insured my the item was good. So I got it home and tried to use it and it clogged. The attached glass part was blow wrong and one part of it was flat. Return two, I was told as is with defects and to try to send it to the manufacturer. I told them it was unethical to sell bad items used for medical care. They decided to exchange this one on the low with a because I shop there ever day. Third time got my first dab rig. I got a clover and was supper happy. My friend had one and was better the e nail I got the second time. Got have to fire it up and instantly cracked. I was able to grab it with my bare hands. Return three, less the 10 mins and I'm back. I told the salesperson I thought I ask you to check it, she replied I checked everything but the bagger. And this time she couldn't help me out. I don't see why not. I asked for something I didn't get. Well, I had to buy a new one if I wanted to use rig. So go a new rig and had to buy a bagger too. Last time, my wife bought me a new bagger as a gift and surprised my when I got home. Had some yellow ball and changes color. Same as the other badder, instead you cracked too. When I ask where she got it I should've know. I told her to trash it. But she had to see for herself. End of long story dagger got left at the store without them fixing it or returning her money. Sad that this company shady and will not stop in for smokes. As I walking distance and daily costumer for years. Save your self time and money and shop elsewhere, as I will from now on. Update: after a few months of not going. I happened in with a friend. And a talk with the manager and after the talk, things have changed for the better. Now you get the correct advice and they are more efficient with their products. And I've bought two more pieces and are very pleased with them and the vibe In this place is a added plus. Great job, Smoke Away with the prompt turn around. I'm back to being a ever day customer.
