I had gotten this service through a Groupon or Living Social or Yipit deal -- I don't remember which one it was, but it was a discounted rate, so I thought I'd try it. The two people who came and cleaned were very friendly, timely, helpful, and thorough. However, the manager Christy with whom I spoke on the phone a few days earlier screamed repeatedly at her children while conversing with me. Then after the workers left (4 hours), she called me and started yelling at me, accusing me of having them work 5 hours, and telling me that I should have told them what she was remiss in telling them. She then continued to yell and hang up on me. It's no surprise that the workers were so thrilled when I tipped them what I thought was simply average, and they looked as though they had won the lottery. At least I'm glad the money went to them and not to Christy!
Please call and speak with her before scheduling. She was enough to make me NEVER use this service again!!!
