Easily in my Top 10 list of things to see and/or do in or around Champaign county.
Plan on walking, a lot. Wear comfortable, supportive shoes. We didn't walk the trails during this particular visit, but did a great amount of walking anyway.
Gardens are beautiful. I'd loved to come back when the peony garden is in full bloom. The Foo Dog Garden is unique as well. Where else can you see 24 foo dogs in one place in the U.S.?
A great place for a picnic, to read, etc. The quintessential place to unplug if you're looking for some quiet time.
We'll definitely be back this fall.
