hard to give a star, at all! The grouchy older woman that did my nails was not very gentle with my old, gnarly fingers. Obvious arthritis. She only did the quickest, obligatory job she could possibly do. The brush marks were very obvious. I should have known something was up when she wanted a dollar less than the listed price. Totally think she saw "tourist" written all over me.
