When it seems everyone is is going corporate I love to see that Harlow's is still going strong. Is this the best food you can get in Tempe? No, but for a great place to slide in a booth and have breakfast after a rough night or Sunday brunch in Tempe this is it. Servers are great, there is definitely some character to the place and if you don't like it.... go to Denny's.
