A few minutes of waiting is 10 or maybe 15, but when on Multiple occasions you wait over an hour is absolutely ridiculous. How about considering the fact that we are in pain and/ or discomfort and we have valuable time too! A suggestion: do not schedule patients so close together. I'm sure you have been in business long enough to understand your flow of patients and amount that your staff can handle.
