I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I had an excellent experience. This isn't detailing. You get what you pay for. And here I got more. Went with the interior and exterior basic package. My vehicle was wiped down inside including dash and cup holders. Windows were all spotless. Everything was vacuumed really well. All for around $20. Great value. Great customer service. I will be back.
