ETA update2: The tech came out and fixed everything! No more rattles or globs of goop or gaps. Windshield came out wonderful and Safepro went above and beyond with their customer service! I almost want to delete the original review but everything that happened after is a shining example of why I will be a customer for life!
They had the best price and their customer service is better than I have ever dealt with. I will be calling back soon for a windshield for my other vehicle!
ETA update: I am updating this review because after it was posted both management and the owner have tried to get in contact with me. I have to say, I personally have never had a business try to reach out for anything other than a sale. I am very impressed by them reaching out.
I have been working a lot and unable to have any real discussion with them, but we set a plan to talk on Monday. Will update further after that.
At first I liked the price and that they could fit me in so quickly. I went to their shop for the work. Their waiting area is nice and I played some PAC man, Galaga, donkey kong and frogger on their table top arcade game.
When the guy was done, I looked around the outside and stupidly signed off on the paperwork.
However, the inside, not so great. The bottom right side of the windshield has extra goop(adhesive I assume) that was squeezed on my dash. Then the bottom left side has a void which I noticed because my dashboard at the corner is now really loose and rattles.
When he first showed me the windshield I also noticed the black cover(where your wiper blades are) was completely loose on the passenger side. I hadnt noticed that before but he immediately said it was already broken.
I didn't notice the other issues until I drove the almost 2 hours home and had to hear the rattling along the way.
I haven't called to complain because I'm sure they will dismiss me by saying I signed the paper, but the lesson has been learned and will not be repeated. If I'm need of another new windshield in the future, I will go elsewhere.
