Dr. Ransdell is wonderful but the reason for the 3 stars is the lack of courtesy and professionalism of her technician and front desk representative, Maria. I was treated as I was doing her and/or the practice a disservice by asking for a copy of my prescription to be sent to me. I explained that I found another avenue to fill my new prescription and if it could be emailed or faxed, I would appreciate it. I also asked that if the measurements that I did at the end of my visit w/ Dr. Ransdell which was done in a machine in their front lobby could also be sent I would appreciate that info too. Once I did receive the requested prescription, I noticed that the measurement information that was taken at the end of my visit was not received. I called back the next morning and was warmly greeted over the phone (sarcasm) by Maria once again. I explained that I believe I had the PD measurement taken and that the information was not on my prescription. She placed me on hold for about 10 min only to come to tell me I did not have it done and that there is an additional charge and to come in for the measurement. Again, Dr. Randell is an excellent doctor but experiences like the one I encountered twice in 2 days w/ this employee will make one rethink continuing to use their services.
