Just had our second doggy day care at Pet Palace. The place is very clean and the staff are all pet lovers. Echo, our English Cocker Spaniel, has been lonely since our older dog died a few months ago. She is quite timid and the wonderful staff have been lovingly encouraging her to be around the other dogs. The play groups are divided into 2 sizes most of the time. Today Echo was introduced to some of the larger dogs and she was not fearful. She socializes with the others, but has not yet felt ready to join in the fun and games. The staff reassured me that this will come in time as she gets more comfortable in these new surroundings. So far, I am very impressed with the dedication of the staff to the pets they care for. I encourage anyone planning to go there for the first time to ask how your pet did during their stay. They are happy to provide you with that information. I also called during the first day to check on Echo, really more for my peace of mind. We plan to continue going to Pet Palace!
