Five stars for this dealership and their service department! I have an older vehicle, non Porsche product, that I brought into this dealership for an oil change because of convenience reasons. I am so thrilled that I did. From the second I walked in, Mario Hernandez took care of me right away. He was super friendly and fast and made me feel like I was just as important as any other customer. I was kind of worried about that, because my car is a lot older, and as I had mentioned, not even close to being a Porsche. Well, when I picked my car up I was so shocked...They did a full detail and a "World Class Porsche Inspection" on my car...There was so much dog hair in my car, and drool on the windows, I was so pleasantly surprised that it was all gone. Talk about going above and beyond....Even the service Manager Toby Gebheim thanked me for coming in. WOW...my mind is blown... My next car purchase will be from them for sure, in the meantime I will continue to bring my car to Mario and Toby!
