Raising one star on behalf of the customer service person - Once again, the customer service / billing people have to do the dirty work and they do it well. I feel really bad for them because they do a really good job and are polite on the phone but the back office must be a disorganized mess of paperwork.
I emailed them and asked them to follow up on "Michael M's" response on my previous review and they called me back and told me all the money is applied to my account and I can disregard the delinquent notices again, but why I got them to begin with is the bigger problem.
I do not recommend doing business with this firm. I am not sure why the insurance companies and sleep centers are contracted with them because they don't have sound practices in place for the most important thing: billing the customers.
