Ok....I am being REALLY nice here because I love Caffe Boa. We went to Caffe Boa this week (Tuesday) for lunch and while the food was consistent with what we have come to expect....the restaurant was just "off" this day. Everything took forever because apparently their POS system was down. With a restaurant that was about 50% full for lunch, you would think there would be some talent around that would remember how to operate in a written ticket world. The frustrating part here was that we had a party of 6 and I talked this place up BIG and my out of town guests (and two local guests) were excited! We were seated outside and finally had to go inside and find someone to help us (after about 10 min), and then our food took forever. How do I know - because I put an hour on the meter and had to go put more money on so I wouldnt get a ticket. This was right when the food came. Will I go back - absolutely. But I hope this isnt a sign of a change at Caffe Boa.
